CASE STUDY
A family-run artisan brand started selling handcrafted products on Etsy during the pandemic. They had an incredible product, thousands of five-star reviews, and a loyal customer base — but they'd hit a ceiling. Etsy's fees were eating margins, they had zero control over their customer data, and they knew there was a much bigger market waiting. They came to us ready to grow.
We built a full multi-channel paid strategy from the ground up — Google Ads for high-intent search capture, Meta Ads for new customer acquisition with video-first creative, and Pinterest for top-of-funnel awareness that fed the retargeting engine. Every channel had a dedicated senior specialist. Every decision was informed by a Seed File built on deep intake, competitor analysis, and ongoing performance data.
What We Did: Launched structured Google Ads campaigns (brand defense, non-brand search, Performance Max shopping) while protecting against competitors bidding on their brand terms. Built Meta campaigns around influencer UGC and brand storytelling that consistently outperformed static creative. Deployed Pinterest to drive qualified traffic at $0.18 CPC — filling the retargeting funnel at a fraction of the cost.
The Results: Peak Google Ads ROAS hit 13.7x. Top Meta creative delivered 765% ROAS with influencer content driving a $69 CPA. Average order value climbed 21% year-over-year as we pushed higher-value products through dynamic feed ads. The brand went from an Etsy shop to a full Shopify storefront doing 18,000+ sales — with a multi-channel engine that compounds every month. They didn't just leave Etsy. They outgrew it.
